Cancellation Policy
The Rabbit Creek B&B is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made less a $10 cancellation charge.
*A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Children/Pets
Children are welcome. They must be supervised at ALL times. Insurance policies require that children be supervised by parents at all times.
Pets are NOT accepted.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check in by 10:00 PM. If you are going to check in later, please call 859-983-3289 to advise us. Check out - 12:00 PM
Rates
Room rates are subject to change based on the number of people occupying the room. Rates for the Special Events / Banquet Room) will be quoted as a package price.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
